TS is proud to announce the launch of the new TripleStrength.com
We’ve been working feverishly over the past months to redesign our web site to match the new look Triple Strength. With many TS marketing pieces already completed, this seemed like the perfect time to effectively update our web presence. Our previous site was built primarily in Flash, which lacked the flexibility needed to update and maintain the more dynamic pages, such as our portfolio, news, and careers pages. Also, with the popularity and growth of mobile browsing, it was important for us to be visible online and in-hand.
The new design focuses on the use of our characteristic red monolith. Replacing, not entirely, the red couch of the previous site, the band stays anchored to the page as visitors navigate and scroll through pages. In order to match other recently designed identity pieces, navigation and text elements reference the most advanced web font technologies. We are no longer restricted to fonts that are preloaded on each computer, because browsers now reference font files from an outside source, just as they do any other piece of the web site.
As we had done in the past, a large showcase image was central to the design. It allows us to share our personality, and be more intimate with visitors. Whether it’s a portfolio piece, a view of our waiting area or knick-knacks from around the office, each background image is a small piece of what makes Triple Strength unique. Matching form with function, these backgrounds utilize the latest CSS scaling techniques, so, depending on your screen and browser size, the image will format to give you the best viewing experience. Sorry Internet Explorer 7 users, this functionality is not supported, so you’ll either need to update to the latest IE version or be content with a stagnant image.
The site runs off a series of page templates developed for the different layouts that occur throughout. These templates are managed through WordPress, which has a seemingly endless library of plugins and add-ons to customize the site. This fully integrated content management system allows us to easily create, edit and manage materials for the entire site. With the site now pulling completely from a dynamic database of content, updates will be coming more frequently, so check back periodically to see recent news, projects and other updates.
