The Community Action Association of Pennsylvania chose TS to redesign their web site in order to help the association disseminate information to its members, and the public, in a consistent and concise manner. The site was then designed to have a very educational and institutional feel. It needed to be approachable, but still represent that CAAP is an authority in the field. The site works to invite members and partner organizations to get involved in the site through online resources, information gathering and other ways of informing constituents on the message of poverty in Pennsylvania. The web site became a destination for insight, rather than a departure point to outside sources. Using Triple Strength’s content management system CAAP is able to update and maintain all the content on the web site. Documents, news, users, and media are all controlled through an intuitive web-based interface.
